Be sure to ask the manufacturer for a Certified Performance Data Sheet on the particular model that you are interested in.
These data sheets should be made readily available for any of the water purification products sold by the manufacturer. They will explain to you exactly which contaminants that the system is capable of blocking, and to what extent it is effective in stopping that contaminant. Once you have compared this information between several other available units you will be able to make an educated choice.
