For some reason, the reviews for the anthology itself are posted here, instead of reviews of just the Classroom Guide. Maybe this review will also end up with the reviews of the anthology, but it doesn't belong there. As many observe, the anthology itself is great. However, I don't think much of the Classroom Guide, and I was disappointed by its content. I'm not an instructor, and I didn't buy this book to help me teach the subject. I had hoped it would provide additional insight into the separate poems and poets, and actually provide some "inside" information or ideas that would help me go deeper into the poems, but it really is just a bunch of questions that an instructor could have students answer, think about, or write about, related to each poet's work that appears in the anthology. Call me a dummy, but I want to read a question, think about it, and then see an informed answer or discussion of it. But questions do not a guide make. Unless the guide itself is the author's contribution to the canon of postmodern poetry. Then I would have to reconsider. Or would I?

I sprayed the very dirty (3 year old grandson dirty and stained light color carpet) and let it set per the directions. All the stains came out and carpet looks almost like new. What I like this product best for though is the light colored grout in my ceramic tile. I thought it was dark charcoal color but I knew better because I had it installed and the grout is a light taupe color. I sprayed the grout and let the product set on it for a few min then took a stiff brush and brushed it and now it is the correct color. It took very little brushing to make my grout line look new again. I am back to order more of this product. I highly recommend it. Go ahead and buy 4 bottles of it so you get one free. You know those dirty grease marks by your cabinet door handles. Wellll mine are sparkling clean now and it did not hurt the wood at all. mew

Customer Review: Enjoyable road movie
RACE WITH THE DEVIL is a really enjoyable road movie. I saw it over thirty years ago at the cinema and thought it was great then. I bought the R1 dvd from Anchor Bay some time ago and it's a great dvd and far superior to the UKR2 dvd which is cut by 25 seconds due to the snake attack in the RV. As well as that the R2 dvd is full screen with no extras. Buy the R1! The film is one of a rare breed compared to nowadays, I won't give anything away, but just see the film. Excellent entertainment.

There are a few simple things you can do when using your dryer to reduce its running cost.

1) Make sure you clean your lint filter before every use. A full lint filter consumes more energy and is also a fire hazard.

2) Do not over dry your cloths. This will waste energy and is also detrimental to your cloths. Over drying can cause creases and gives the fabric a rough feel. If you can use an auto sensing dryer.

3) Do not mix heavyweight cloths such as jeans with lightweight articles such as sheets.

4) External venting will save you money. As the moist air is vented the drying time will be shorter because the moist air is not recirculated. This will also lead to airborne lint being expelled from the house. External venting also leads to less moisture in the house which will reduce the possibility of mould forming and paint stripping.

5) Dont put soaking wet cloths in your dryer. Put your cloths in the cloths washer on the spin cycle and this will remove most of the excess water. The faster the spin speed the dryer your cloths will be.

6) Don't overload your dryer. It means a longer drying time, using more electricity and this can cause wrinkles and drying unevenness.

7) If you do not have your dryer vented make sure there is a good airflow as this will reduce running time.

A few ways nature can help reduce your bills as well:

1) If the weather is bad or you have a bad forecast, try to avoid washing large loads if you have to use a dryer.

2) Partly drying the load in the sun or wind (even on a cloudy day) will save energy - the dryer can then be used to finish off the drying as required.

3) Use the sun and the wind whenever you can. It's the most environmentally friendly dryer of all!

Remember do not leave your cloths out in the sun to long as this will lead to fading!

Remember do not give your cloths extra time in the dryer and try to let them dry naturally as this will lead to a longer life for your cloths and of course will lead to a lower electricity bill!

A little extra tip for you all. Some stains may not come out in the wash but if you expose them to the sun the stain will go or at least be reduced!

Hoover 40321130 Premium Pet Formula Carpet/Upholstery Detergent, 128-Ounce We made the mistake of changing the dog's food about a week ago and she had the "Hershey Squirts" 2 days in a row all over our berber rug. We have our house for sale and cannot show it with poop stains on the rug so it was an emergency visit to the local Ace hardware. In stock they has Ace 6 in 1 carpet cleaner so I picked it up. All carpet shampoo's are created equally right? After about 7 passes over the 5 foot by 5 foot area it looked pretty darn good. (BTW I was using a cheap Bissell Quicksteamer) When the sun came up and shined through our back window you could still see some of the stains. We were hoping that no one would notice the stains if we had to show our house. I was bored at work (arent we all) and I was browsing the internet when my $500 Home Depot gift card was burning a hole in my pocket. I read some reviews on Amazon like I always do and I decided to try the Hoover Premium Pet Formula. When I got home it only took me 3 passes with my old faithful Bissell Quicksteamer and to my amazement the stains were completely gone. My only basis of comparison was the Ace 6 in 1 but the Hoover formula kicked its arse. If you are reading this you probably have some dorkish traits like I do but run, dont walk to buy this shampoo. This is a good product but it is no better that the "ultra" detergent that came with my hoover vaacum. Save a few dollars and buy the "ultra" carpet cleaner.

just found this obscure gem at Best Buy yesterday and watched it last night. i was blown away. terrific story, script, acting, directing, cast, aesthetics, and message. yeah, this is a dark, bloody look at high school of the "future". i also liked the documentary about the film and stills in the extras section. it gets a well-deserved 5 stars from me, and i'm extremely picky about movies. It can be a little unnerving to go and switch on your console and find 2 red flashing lights blinking at you. This article will tell you what the 2 red lights mean and what you can do to get them back to green again.

Basically the 2 red lights means that your Xbox is overheating, if you place your hand on top of the Xbox I'm willing to bet that it is pretty warm. There are a few things that you can do to try and get rid of this problem and depending on where you keep your console this solution will vary.
