Until a few years ago I have to plead guilty to being a clutterbug myself. I hated to throw anything away in case I might need it. Then a friend told me to read this amazing little book and everything changed overnight, literally, because I began the very next day to clear out the clutter from my life.
It's incredible how much simpler life has become since the day I took this new exciting regime on board and made the decision to be clutter free. I now find things instantly. I never have to step over anything, I can change clothes without having to drag something out of a pile of unfolded clean linen and have it ironed. There are no stacks of paper on the study desk waiting to be filed or read or discarded and, humble though it may be, I would not be ashamed to invite royalty into my home. Clutter free means knowing exactly where the notebook with all the family and friends' birthdays is and never being embarrassed because you have forgotten someone - something I was often guilty of but happily can never be accused of today. The freedom from stress is simply mind boggling.
Clearing clutter from your life is one of the most effective ways I know to reduce stress. Clearing clutter from your life is simple. It is not a mammoth task that will take a eons to accomplish. When you begin you will be amazed at how quickly your life will change for the better.

Mine did and I just want everyone else to experience the wonderful life changing effects a simple little thing like living clutter free can achieve.
